Fix alphabetical ordering for Kiprio API entries

All 3 entries were inserted in incorrect positions. Moved to
correct alphabetical position within each section:
- Email: after Kickbox, before mail.gw (K position)
- Geocoding: after keycdn, before LocationIQ (K position)
- Text Analysis: after Hirak Translation, before Lecto (K position)
