fix: move Groq to correct alphabetical position in Machine Learning section

Groq was incorrectly added after WolframAlpha (letter W).
Moved to correct position after EXUDE-API (letter E) and before
Hirak FaceAPI (letter H) in alphabetical order per review feedback.
